Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating a teen last seen April 10.
SAN ANTONIO — Police in Seguin are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing teenager.
The Seguin Police Department says 15-year-old Annalynn Lerma was last seen by her family on the night of April 10, 2026. Her whereabouts are currently unknown.
Investigators have not released additional details about the circumstances surrounding her disappearance, but say they are actively working to locate her.
