Seguin welcomes first James Avery store amid rapid growth and development

Seguin will open its first James Avery store, offering residents a new hub for artisan jewelry.

SEGUIN, Texas — Seguin is getting its first James Avery store

The Texas-based jewelry brand, known for crafting 90% of its pieces in-state, will open its doors Saturday, Dec. 6, at Seguin Crossing on the northeast corner of I-10.

The new location gives residents a dedicated space to browse James Avery’s full line of artisan-crafted jewelry, from customer favorites to seasonal releases, plus personalized services. A grand opening celebration is planned for Friday, Dec. 12, featuring gift card giveaways and an exclusive gift with purchase for the first 100 guests.

The expansion in Seguin comes as the city experiences rapid growth, especially in the last few years. With more than 27 residential subdivisions under construction and a population increase of over 30% in just five years, Seguin ranked among the Top 30 Fastest-Growing Cities in the U.S. for 2025.

“Our customer base is expanding, and as such, we want to create more opportunities for them to engage with our brand,” said Karina Dolgin, chief product and revenue officer. “We’re thrilled to become a bigger part of the Seguin community and bring them timeless pieces for every one of life’s milestones.”

The new store will showcase James Avery’s 2025 Holiday Collection, including popular pieces like the Bow Charm and Delicate Bow and Heart Lariat Necklace, along with seasonal charms such as the Enamel Christmas Cowboy Boot. Guests can also explore the Designs from Our Archives collection, featuring beloved pieces from the company’s 70-year history.

James Avery was founded in 1954 in the Texas Hill Country and has become the go-to for sterling silver and 14K gold jewelry designed to celebrate life’s special milestones.
