SAN ANTONIO — Over 30 units are currently battling a major fire off Austin Highway.
Around 5:50 p.m., officials responded to an apartment complex located on the 2300 block of Austin Highway after receiving reports of a fire.
Preliminary information from the San Antonio Fire Department suggests the blaze started on the second floor and has now been upgraded to a second alarm response.
SAFD has not reported any injuries at this time, and the cause will be under investigation once the flames are contained.
