A Silver Alert was issued for a 77-year-old woman last seen on the east side of San Antonio Saturday morning.
She is described as being 5-foot-1 with brown eyes, white hair and weighs approximately 148 pounds.
Authorities say she has a diagnosed cognitive impairment.
