SAN ANTONIO — A Silver Alert was issued for a 78-year-old man with a cognitive impairment, last seen Sunday on the northeast side of San Antonio.
San Antonio police are looking for Thomas Boykin last seen at 2 a.m. on the 6300 block of Ridge Forest Drive. He was wearing glasses, a t-shirt, watch, cross necklace and jeans.
Authorities believe he may be traveling in a gray 2018 Nissan Frontier with the license plate number LHV2864. They say his disappearance poses a credible threat to his own health and safety.
