
San Antonio police are searching for Lupe Martinez, missing since Saturday afternoon and at risk due to a cognitive impairment.
SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio police are asking for the public’s help locating a 73-year-old man diagnosed with a cognitive impairment, who was reported missing Saturday afternoon.
A Silver Alert was issued for Lupe Martinez, who officials say was last seen around 3 p.m. on the city’s southeast side, on the 4100 block of Freestone Street.
Martinez is described by police as 5’7″ tall and weighing about 210 pounds. He has gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a red shirt, black jeans and a gold necklace.
Authorities said Martinez may be driving a maroon 2007 Toyota Tundra with a Texas license plate.
Officials believe his disappearance poses a credible threat to his health and safety.
