Ned Anderson of Leon Valley was last seen early Wednesday afternoon, authorities said.
SAN ANTONIO — Leon Valley authorities are looking for a missing elderly man who disappeared early Wednesday afternoon along the 7000 block of Settlers Ridge.
A Silver Alert was issued by the Texas Department of Public Safety for Ned Anderson, 84, who authorities say has a cognitive impairment. Anderson stands 5 feet, 11 inches tall; weighs 172 pounds; has brown eyes; and is bald. Police say he was last seen wearing blue jeans.
Officials say his disappearance “poses a credible threat” to his safety. Anderson could be traveling in a blue 2013 Jeep Patriot with Texas license plate GWF2968.
