LOCKHART, Texas — Authorities have issued a Texas Silver Alert for a 69-year-old Lockhart man who has been diagnosed with a cognitive impairment and is considered at risk.
The Lockhart Police Department is searching for Jack Mayberry, who was last seen at approximately 12 a.m. on May 31, 2026, in the 1500 block of South Main Street in Lockhart.
According to the alert, Mayberry was last seen wearing a tan baseball hat, gray shirt, green pants and black shoes.
Officials said they believe Mayberry’s disappearance poses a credible threat to his health and safety.
