Fangs & Flow fundraiser on October 10 supports Periodpalooza’s fight against period poverty with a spooky, family-friendly evening.
SAN ANTONIO — Grab your fangs, dust off your capes, and mark your calendars because “Fangs & Flow” is creeping up on October 10, and it’s bringing community spirit with a cause.
The Halloween-themed fundraiser will take over The Thrift Thru at 2021 San Pedro Ave from 7 to 10 p.m., blending spooky fun with social impact. Guests can participate in a costume contest, enjoy themed drinks, snacks and goodie bags — all included with the $10 ticket. Kids are welcome too, making it a family-friendly evening of fang-tastic festivities.
All proceeds from Fangs & Flow will go toward Periodpalooza, the San Antonio–based nonprofit committed to ending period poverty. The organization provides free, accessible menstrual products and advocates for equitable period care so that no one is held back by lack of access.

Beyond product drives, Periodpalooza hosts educational workshops, advocacy events, and monthly community walks to break stigmas and push for policies that treat menstrual care as a right, not a privilege.
Event organizers are encouraging guests to bring pad or tampon donations, which will be collected at the door.
