Topps is releasing new cards featuring a trio of Spurs.
SAN ANTONIO — In case you didn’t know, the NBA’s trading card world got flipped upside down with the licensing going from Panini to Topps.
According to Topps, the company and the NBA have rejoined for a long-term exclusive trading card partnership, and Topps announced special treats for San Antonio Spurs basketball card collectors featuring Dylan Harper and Stephon Castle.
DYLAN HARPER & CARTER BRYANT
Harper and Carter will wear the Topps Rookie Debut Patch. It is a one-of-a-kind patch on his jersey for their debut game.
The patch will be later removed by the team’s equipment staff, authenticated by Topps and the NBA, inserted into a 1/1 Topps Rookie Debut Patch Autograph card, then signed by the Spurs’ rookies and included in a future Topps product (not included in 2025-26 Topps Basketball).

Harper’s debut patch will be seen on his jersey by the highly anticipated Oct. 22 match-up of the top two picks of this year’s draft: Dallas’ Cooper Flagg and Harper.
STEPHON CASTLE
Castle will wear the Gold NBA Logoman Patch throughout the 2025-26 NBA regular season to salute him for winning the Kia Rookie of the Year Award last season. His patches will later be inserted into trading cards (not included in 2025-26 Topps Basketball), where some lucky fan may feel the excitement of pulling that special card.
In addition, Topps revealed a new “Follow Back” redemption card for the Spurs’ sophomore guard. Castle will follow you back if you pull his special card.
There will be plenty of amazing cards to hunt for from Topps this season. The card company recently announced several new cards, including the first-ever Victor Wembanyama autographs, wearing his San Antonio Spurs jersey.
The card features Wemby in his white Association Spurs jersey, with his autograph on the front.
“This release marks the debut of Victor Wembanyama’s first NBA-licensed Topps autograph cards,” posted Topps.
Another card with Harper is a triple autograph card with fellow rookies Flagg and Kon Knueppel.
Topps also announced that more Spurs player cards will be released soon, featuring Keldon Johnson, De’Aaron Fox, Jeremy Sochan, Stephon Castle, and ex-Spur Chris Paul, along with other new cards for Spurs fans to collect.
