Spring Break thrills return to Six Flags Fiesta Texas with parades, rides and Mardi Gras fun

Six Flags Fiesta Texas is celebrating Spring Break with roller coasters, live shows, Mardi Gras food and daily parades through March 15.

SAN ANTONIO — If your Spring Break plans include thrills, funnel cake and maybe a roller coaster scream or two, Six Flags Fiesta Texas has you covered.

The San Antonio theme park is kicking off 10 days of Spring Break fun from March 6 through March 15, packed with rides, live entertainment and the final days of its colorful Mardi Gras celebration.

One of the biggest attractions is the Spectacle of Color Parade, featuring glowing floats, music and costumed performers winding through the park each day.

Visitors can also catch high-energy performances, including the Golden Ticket Award-winning Voodoo Dolls, along with new 2026 shows like Dansequerade and The Bourbon St. Belles.

And yes, the food is getting the Mardi Gras treatment too. Guests can try festival favorites like crawfish étouffée nachos and sweet beignets while exploring the park.

Families can also meet Looney Tunes characters and DC Super Heroes, or even sign up for a chance to ride on a Mardi Gras parade float.

Of course, the park’s roller coasters and thrill rides are still the main event, with dozens of attractions running throughout Spring Break.

All entertainment and Mardi Gras festival experiences are included with park admission. The park is located at 17000 West I-10, and operating hours vary by day.
