The Spurs announce watch parties at The Rock with interactive games and giveaways.
SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Spurs announced the full lineup of official Spurs game watch parties at The Rock, where all games are streamed on the big 40-inch screen.
There will be five upcoming Spurs fan fest watch parties, including interactive games, appearances by Zay Zay and DJ Quake, giveaways and raffles for fans in attendance, with many more perks and activations.
Fans are encouraged to bring their own chairs and blankets and can purchase food and beverages from Ice Ice Dady, Lil Bros BBQ Shack, and other kiosks, or dine at Roca & Martillo.
Also, the team announced that Details on each watch party will be shared closer to the date via the Official Spurs Fan Club at Spurs.com/FanClub, the Official Spurs App presented by Frost at Spurs.com/App, and online at TheRockatLaCantera.com. Fans can text PLAZA to 210-444-5940 to receive a downloadable eCalendar link with built-in reminders and the most up-to-date event details.
SPURS SEASON OF GIVING DINNER
It’s that time of year when the Spurs roll up their sleeves and give back to the local community as part of their “Season of Giving.”
To kick things off, the Spurs hosted families in partnership with RBFCU and San Antonio Food Bank for a memorable holiday dinner at Frost Bank Center.
Spurs players (Carter Bryant, Julian Champagnie, and Lindey Waters III), staff volunteers, Coyote, and Hype Squad served families dinner, followed by photos and free throw shots on the court.
Last year, the team donated over 5,000 turkeys, toys, and other household necessities to youth, families, and organizations across more than 10 different zip codes in the surrounding San Antonio community.
