Spurs’ Dylan Harper makes All-Rookie First Team

The second overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft averaged 11.8 points, 3.4 rebounds and 3.9 assists in 69 games for the Spurs.

SAN ANTONIO — Fresh off his career game against the Thunder in Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals, Spurs rookie Dylan Harper has been named to the NBA’s All-Rookie First Team.

The second overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft averaged 11.8 points, 3.4 rebounds and 3.9 assists in 69 games for the Spurs, finishing fourth in Rookie of the Year voting. He also finished 11th in Sixth Man of the Year voting, an award his teammate Keldon Johnson won.

Harper joins Rookie of the Year Cooper Flagg of the Mavericks, Kon Knueppel of the Hornets, VJ Edgecombe of the 76ers and Cedric Coward of the Grizzlies on the first team.

In the playoffs, Harper is averaging 14.6 points, 5.6 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.7 steals. His first playoff start resulted in him scoring 24 points, grabbing 11 rebounds and stealing the ball seven times, a Spurs playoff record.
