SAN ANTONIO — With Christmas over, San Antonio Spurs‘ Jeremy Sochan cut off his popular Grinch-inspired green hair color and shared a photo officially saying goodbye to it.
“Christmas is over,” he posted.
For Spurs fans, Sochan did the unthinkable as the hair color became popular, and fans wore green wigs at games.
But if you want to own Sochan’s former green locks, here is your chance.
A user on eBay got their hands on the green hair and has it up for auction with the current bid at a whopping $1,072. According to the posting, there are six bids for the hair pack.
And in case you are wondering, the eBay post has Sochan’s hair at near-mint grading.
“Hi I have Jeremy Sohan’s 2024 December Grinch, green curly hair that he cut on my birthday December 30 1987 You have the chance to own something from Jeremy Sohan‘s personal add this one of a kind to your collection. GO SPURS GO,” posted the seller on eBay.
From the photo of Sochan, it seems one of the barbers got a hold of the green hair, packaged it, and put it up for bidding.
This begs the question: How far will Spurs fans go to own hair from a Spurs player? Are they willing to spend over $1,000 for this from the Spurs forward?
