SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio Spurs‘ Stephon Castle continues his offseason work with Olin Simplis, aka “The Guard Whisperer,” and recently shared more footage of him focusing on improving his three-point shot.
In the video, Castle is showing off his long-range shot in a game of “500s” and posts that he never missed two straight.
Castle’s shot needs improvement. He averaged 14.7 points per game across 81 games but made 42.8% (423 out of 989 attempts) of his field goal shots and 28.7% from the three-point line. Early in the 2024-25 season, his three-point percentage was subpar, ranging from around 28% to 29%.
