- The Spurs are projected to finish ninth in the West, which would mean another missed postseason, according to front offices.
- Wembanyama 7% of the votes for NBA MVP 2025-26, 83% for starting a franchise today, 10% for breakout season, 3% for the league’s best center, 80% of votes for the NBA’s best defensive player, 80% as the best interior defender in the NBA, 10% as the most versatile defender in the NBA, 30% of votes for the most versatile player in the NBA
- Stephon Castle received votes to have a breakout season.
- Luke Kornet, 7% of votes for the most underrated player acquisition, and votes for the active player who will make the best head coach someday
- Spurs received 20% of the votes for the most improved team in 2025-26.
- Dylan Harper received some votes for the best player in five years

- Carter Bryant with 10% of the votes for the biggest draft steal
- Sean Sweeney received votes for the best assistant coach in the NBA
