SAN ANTONIO – State Highway 211 has been shut down in both directions due to a deadly accident, according to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office.
BCSO said traffic heading north on Highway 211 is redirected near Mansion Bluff, while southbound traffic is diverted to the access road.
