Last week was move in and we had a chance to speak with some of them as they entered the dorms.
Many were excited about school starting but most were looking forward to personal experiences they expect ahead.
We asked them, “what are you most looking forward to?”
“Making a lot of new friends and exploring the city,” said Maddie.
“Personally, I think I’m just looking forward to trying new things as it is my last year and just trying to savor every moment of it that I can because I know I will definitely miss it,” said Angelica.
There are several other exciting things happening at UTSA this year. The biggest announcement so far is possibly the merger between UTSA and UT Health San Antonio. That won’t be complete until 2025.
