Hotel Emma celebrates a decade in San Antonio by relaunching Supper, its acclaimed restaurant, offering diverse global cuisine.
SAN ANTONIO — Get your forks ready San Antonio because you’re invited to the supper table at one of the city’s premiere hotel destinations.
After 10 years in the Alamo City, Hotel Emma is celebrating their debut anniversary by relaunching their award-winning new American restaurant, Supper.
Supper is known for it’s “melting pot” of cuisine that derives from multiple cultures and flavors with Executive Chef Geronimo Lopez at the helm, along with Chef De Cuisine Ralph Montes and Pastry Chef Mark Metzger.
Lopez said the restaurant serves dishes from all over the world as many of the culinary members have cooked and worked in various regions. The culinary team at Supper then works together to create the fresh, intricate and delicious dishes that get served to customers.
“Many of us have worked in different places and made different dishes, so we collaborate, which helps us come up with interesting flavors that compliment each other,” Lopez said.
Restaurant-goers can also enjoy a private dining tasting at Supper’s Chef Counter Experience every Thursday and Friday in September. During the tasting, guests are offered a 5-course tasting menu for $125 with the option of adding a supplement course with truffles.
Guests can also reserve the historic Swiggle Room for a more private dining experience that seats a maximum of 28 guests.
Foodies can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner at Supper, seven days a week. The acclaimed restaurant is located in the heart of the Pearl at 136 E Grayson Street, San Antonio, TX 78215.
