SAN ANTONIO — A San Antonio Police officer was shot on the north side of town while responding to a call early Sunday morning, SAPD says.
It happened just after 3 a.m. on the 1300 block of Patricia Drive near Blanco Road.
Details are limited but Chief McManus is on the scene and is expected to provide an update soon.
