SAN ANTONIO — A 25-year-old man was arrested this week and accused of raping two women and attempting to rape another women over the last four years.

A woman was shot to death on the city’s west side Monday night, San Antonio police say. At around 8 p.m., officers were called to the Planet21 Smoke Shop on General McMullen and San Fernando for reports of a ‘shooting in progress.’
