Windcrest police arrested a woman who they say strangled a person and assaulted another person during an aggravated robbery.

Three teenage girls, 13, 14, and 19 were killed before a 38-year-old man killed himself, Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said. The man was believed to be in a relationship with the mother of two of the teens. She was not home at the time.
