CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Taste of the Coast is officially underway at Water’s Edge Park, offering a fun-filled experience to kick off Spring Break.
The event showcases a diverse selection of food trucks, local vendors, live music, and face painting.
We spoke with Ricky Lopez, owner of R&B Funnel Cakes and more, who offered a sneak peek at the tasty delights guests can enjoy from his truck.
“We’ve got funnel cakes, fried Oreos, we do street mini tacos and I got a year doing fried pork belly chicharrones…,” said Lopez.
With a wide variety of food trucks on-site, attendees will find no shortage of delicious options to savor.
Best of all, admission is free, the event will wrap up tonight at 10.
