SAFD confirmed a teenager has been hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after being struck by a car on the southwest side.
SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Fire Department said a teen is fighting for their life after being struck by a car on the southwest side.
Around 7 p.m., officials responded to the 5800 block of Old Pearsall Road after receiving reports of a crash involving a pedestrian.
Preliminary reports from SAFD suggests the victim was a teenager and they were hospitalized in critical condition.
This is an ongoing investigation.
