AUSTIN, Texas — The Southeastern Conference (SEC) has unveiled its nine-game football schedule rotation for the next four seasons, and the Texas Longhorns are set to continue several classic rivalries.
Texas will continue its annual matchup against Oklahoma in the storied “Red River Rivalry,” which will remain at its traditional neutral-site location at the Cotton Bowl in Dallas.
The Longhorns will also face familiar foes Arkansas and Texas A&M each year through the 2029 season, alternating home and away games beginning in 2026.
Here’s a look at the Longhorns’ SEC schedule for the next four seasons:
2026
- Home: Arkansas, Florida, Mississippi State, Ole Miss
- Away: LSU, Missouri, Tennessee, Texas A&M
- Neutral: Oklahoma (Dallas)
2027
- Home: Auburn, Georgia, Kentucky, Texas A&M
- Away: Alabama, Arkansas, South Carolina, Vanderbilt
- Neutral: Oklahoma (Dallas)
2028
- Home: Arkansas, LSU, Missouri, Tennessee
- Away: Florida, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Texas A&M
- Neutral: Oklahoma (Dallas)
2029
- Home: Alabama, South Carolina, Texas A&M, Vanderbilt
- Away: Arkansas, Auburn, Georgia, Kentucky
- Neutral: Oklahoma (Dallas)
In addition to conference play, SEC schools will be required to schedule at least one non-conference game each season against a high-quality opponent from the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC), Big Ten Conference or Notre Dame.
