The crash happened Thursday just after 3:30 p.m. on FM 481, two miles north of US 57 in Maverick County.
Texas DPS says the driver of a gray Chevrolet blazer, 62-year-old Michael Charles Elkins of Hondo, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of a red Chevrolet blazer was taken to an Eagle Pass hospital where they later died. Their identity has not yet been released as their next of kin has yet to be notified.
DPS troopers are continuing to investigate what caused this crash and KENS will update this article as we learn more.
