AUSTIN, Texas — On Friday morning, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said he has signed House Bill 4, which redraws the state’s congressional districts.
The governor posted a video on his X account, saying, “Today, I signed the One Big Beautiful Map. This map ensures fairer representation in Congress. Texas will be more RED in Congress.”
