Police said they arrived to find a man, wearing only a diaper and a pacifier around his neck, approached an 11-year-old girl in the parking lot of a school.
TYLER, Texas — Tyler Police have arrested a man accused of attempting to solicit a child while he was wearing diaper.
According to Tyler Police spokesperson Andy Erbaugh, Wesley Worl, 45, of Whitehouse, was taken into custody on Aug. 7. Erbaugh said on July 29, officers responded to a suspicious person call in the parking lot of Andy Woods Elementary on Fry Ave.
Erbaugh said they arrived to find a man, wearing only a diaper and a pacifier around his neck, approached an 11-year-old girl and reportedly made lewd comments to the girl, who quickly rode away on her bicycle.
On Aug. 7, police obtained an arrest warrant for Worl for criminal solicitation of a minor and for criminal trespass on bonds totaling $600,000. He was arrested at his workplace without a problem and taken to the Tyler Police Department for questioning. He was then taken to the Smith County Jail.
