Three killed in early morning Dallas shooting, police say

A shooting in Dallas left three dead, including the suspected shooter, according to police.

DALLAS — Three people were killed in an early morning shooting Saturday in Dallas, police said. 

According to the Dallas Police Department, officers responded to the shooting in the 1900 block of Dudley Street around 2:10 a.m. 

Police said a preliminary investigation determined that Lalit Pradhan, 53, shot two people he knew. Once officers arrived, they found Pradhan with a gunshot wound and several lacerations, according to Dallas police. Dallas Fire-Rescue took him to a hospital, where he later died.

Dallas PD said that the two victims who had been shot both died at the scene.
