Three people sent to hospital after rollover crash on the highway, officials say

SAN ANTONIO — Three people were sent to the hospital after their truck flips over on the highway, according to officials. 

The incident occurred at the exit to 410 near Binz Engleman around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday night. 

Firefighters arrived on the scene and found a rollover vehicle and three victims. EMS had a hard time getting to the scene due to traffic. 

All three passengers were taken to the hospital.
