This will be the first store to open its doors in San Antonio. It was also the first store MySA reported on. The 5,661 square feet store will open its doors at 503 W. Loop 1604 N., Suite 105, San Antonio, TX 78253 on June 22. The store is planning to give out a special bag to the first 100 shoppers on June 22 and June 23. Looks like it will be a weekend for shopping.
We’ve got another Far Westside location in the works. A quick drive by the store at 8203 State Highway 151, San Antonio, TX 78245 reveals a a film over the front glass door and windows that says the store at the Westover Hills is set to open its doors in “Summer 2024.” No specific date has been revealed but theres now only two more months left of summer, so we can expect this one to open soon.
The space seems small, coming in at only 8,217 square feet. But that’s just from the outside looking in.
This store will be even smaller than the one at Westover Hills. This store in the Valley View Shopping Center at 8521 Blanco Road, Suite 8523, San Antonio, TX 78216 will only be 6,616 square feet in size according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
No date has been set for this store the yet but the TDLR filing said that construction is expected to finish in July. That’s another store possibly set to open this summer.
Pretty soon it might be hard to keep up with these openings. A 10,329 square feet Daiso store at the Thousand Oaks Shopping Center might be the only store to not open in summer. This store located at 2939 Thousand Oaks Drive, San Antonio, TX 78247 is expected to finish construction by September 2024.
