DALLAS — Heisman winner two-way player Travis Hunter has reportedly signed with Lil Wayne’s sports agency, Young Money APAA Sports, which apparently is based out of Dallas.
The agency was established in 2017 by the five-time Grammy Award winning rapper alongside CEO and co-founder Adie von Gontard, according to their website.
Hunter’s decision to sign with Lil Wayne’s sports agency is not shocking given the public relationship they have. Lil Wayne was one of Hunter’s guests at the Heisman ceremony, alongside his fiancé, mother, Coach Deion Sanders and teammate Shadeur Sanders.
In his Heisman victory speech, Hunter even shouted out Lil Wayne, saying he listens to his music before every game.
