SAN ANTONIO — Crews were seen pulling a truck out of a Hooters restaurant building on San Antonio’s northwest side Thursday afternoon.
San Antonio emergency responders were called to the restaurant on Wurzbach Road around 5 p.m.
Officials said a pickup truck struck the building “but did not make it fully inside.” A KENS 5 crew on scene saw that the truck had broken through the wall. The passenger of the truck was taken to the hospital as a precaution.
Several firefighters and police officers were seen at the location and a tow truck arrived and pulled the truck away.
Officials did not say what caused the incident.
