San Antonio police say two drivers suffered major injuries after a head-on crash on the northwest side of San Antonio.

SAN ANTONIO — Two drivers were hospitalized Saturday afternoon following a head-on crash on the city’s northwest side, according to the San Antonio Police Department.

Officers were dispatched around 4:40 p.m. to the 1900 block of Bandera Road at East Broadview Drive for reports of a major accident involving two vehicles.
