HONEY ISLAND, Texas — Two people were killed after a collision with a train Tuesday on Woods Lane, just off FM Highway 1293 in Honey Island, according to Hardin County Sheriff Mark Davis.
First responders confirmed the fatalities. The Texas Department of Public Safety is leading the investigation into the crash.
