San Antonio police are investigating after two men were shot and killed outside a northwest-side lounge early Wednesday.
SAN ANTONIO — Two men were killed in a shooting outside a northwest-side lounge early Wednesday morning, according to San Antonio police.
Officers were called to the 4500 block of North Loop 1604 West near Lockhill Selma Road around 1:25 a.m. after reports of gunfire.
Police say a vehicle pulled up in front of Myst Hookah and Ultra Lounge and someone inside the car opened fire into a crowd gathered in the outdoor bar and smoking area.
Two men, both believed to be in their 20s, were struck by the gunfire. EMS pronounced both victims dead at the scene, according to authorities.
The suspect vehicle, described as a sedan, sped away before officers arrived.
Detectives are now working to determine what led up to the shooting and are searching for the shooter or shooters involved.
The San Antonio Fire Department and EMS also responded to the scene.
No arrests have been announced, and the investigation remains ongoing.
