Unidentified motorcyclist eludes police after high-speed chase near Waco

The Lorena Police Department described the motorcyclist as a white male approximately 5’10’ and weighing 160 pounds.

LORENA, Texas — The Lorena Police Department is asking for the community’s help in finding a motorcyclist allegedly driving “dangerously” on Saturday.

Around 3:30 p.m., Lorena PD received a call about an aggressive biker reportedly speeding and “driving dangerously” near IH 35 at Old Lorena Road.

Police found the biker and attempted a traffic stop. The male motorcyclist ignored the officer’s commands, and a chase began. Due to the high speeds and road conditions, officers stopped pursuing the man near Waco.

Law enforcement described the man as white, 6’5′, and 160 pounds. He was wearing a black hooded top and blue jeans with a black helmet with a mirrored shield.

“He was riding a sport bike with a blue tank.  The motorcycle appeared to be ‘under construction’ as it was missing its fairings, but did have a blue tank.  No license plate was seen on the motorcycle,” Lorena police said on Facebook.

Those with information regarding the identity of this person are encouraged to contact Lorena PD at 254-857-9614.
