UTSA seeking 3rd-straight postseason victory in SERVPRO First Responder Bowl against Florida International

The Roadrunners look to bring home home their third-straight bowl victory under head coach Jeff Traylor in the SERVPRO First Responder Bowl against FIU.

SAN ANTONIO — UTSA has earned a sixth-straight bid to a bowl game under Jeff Traylor, who looks to bring home their third-straight postseason victory against the Florida International Panthers in the SERVPRO First Responder Bowl in Dallas.

Since 2020, Traylor’s Roadrunners have been no stranger to the postseason as the last two seasons ended with the first two bowl victories in the program’s history. 

The game will be played at Gerald J. Ford Stadiumlocated on the campus of Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and home to the SMU Mustang football team. It is named after Gerald J. Ford, a prominent Dallas businessman, attorney, and Southern Methodist University alum (‘66).

Kickoff time for the 16th edition of the SERVPRO First Responder Bowl is set for 7:00 p.m. on ESPN.
