Officials said North Main Street is closed in both directions at the Advogt Street intersection.
BOERNE, Texas — The City of Boerne said high wind speeds caused a gas station canopy to collapse.
Around 1:30 p.m., Boerne police and fire responded to a Valero located on North Main Street at Advogt Street after receiving reports of a collapsed canopy at the gas station.
Officials said North Main Street is closed in both directions at the Advogt Street intersection.
The city said they’re working to get the canopy down safely and are working with Valero on a solution.
Officials said no cars were underneath the canopy when it collapsed and no one was injured.
