SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Fire Department said they’re working a “very active” scene on the city’s south side after several cars were involved in a head-on collision.
Around 4 p.m., officials responded to the 15771-16081 blocks of Pleasanton Road after receiving reports of a major crash.
Preliminary information from SAFD suggests multiple vehicles were involved in a head-on collision.
Officials have not confirmed any injuries at this time but said it is a “very active” scene.
