Keldon Johnson was named a finalist for the Sixth Man of the Year award along with Tim Hardaway Jr. of the Pistons and Jaime Jaquez Jr. of the Miami Heat. Johnson averaged 13.2 points, 5.4 rebounds and 1.4 assists on 36.3% shooting from 3-point range in 82 games off the bench for San Antonio this season.

Mitch Johnson was also announced as a candidate for Coach of the Year. He will go against JB Bickerstaff of the Cleveland Cavaliers and Joe Mazzulla of the Boston Celtics.
