Viral video of woman confronting man over hitting his dog leads to an arrest

After eight months and several viral videos San Antonio Police arrest a man accused of punching a woman at Olmos Basin Park.

SAN ANTONIO — In November a social media influencer, by the name of TizzyEnt, posted a video on-line, trying to identify a man in the video who is upset at a woman for filming him. He later starts cursing at her threatening to beat her.

The incident happened at a walking trail in Olmos Basin Park in May 2023 and has more than 700,000 views.

In another post TizzyENT asks why SAPD had not made any arrest racked up more than 5 million views.

According to an arrest affidavit, the man was identified as Noah Ochoa.  Detectives say Ochoa became upset at the victim for recording him and punched her multiple times in the head and back.

After the video was posted on-line police called the victim in for an interview where the victim was able to identify Ochoa in a photo lineup.

In December 2023 detectives interviewed Ochoa, who said he was spanking his dog, a woman recorded him, he got triggered and drove away.

Police say several witnesses at the park told authorities they witnessed Ochoa punch the victim.

An arrest warrant was issued on January 25th and Ochoa was arrested on January 28th. He was taken into the Bexar County Jail with a $3,500 bond.

Ochoa was charged with assault-bodly injury and he has since bonded out of jail.
