Schlitterbahn New Braunfels is hiring more than 2,200 part-time and seasonal team members for the 2026 season, and the park says applying has never been easier.
During National Hiring Week (Feb. 13–22), Schlitterbahn is hosting a Virtual Hiring Week, meaning you can apply and move through the hiring process online, right from home.
Jobs are open in aquatics, food service, housekeeping, security and more, with positions available for applicants 14 and older.
Team members also get perks like paid training, flexible schedules, free admission to Six Flags parks and waterparks, and discounts inside the park.
Schlitterbahn opens for the season on May 2, with a new attraction expected later this year.
