SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Police Department arrested a man after a traffic stop led to the discovery of cocaine and two babies found in the car.
SAPD said during a traffic stop, 30-year-old Devon Mccumber was found to be in possession of nine ounces of cocaine while two small babies were in the vehicle.
Mccumber reportedly had other active warrants for his arrest.
He was arrested for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and Child Protective Services is investigating the incident.
