
Authorities said a man, later identified as 28-year-old Alex Baltierra, entered the business and threatened to cause serious injury to random customers inside.
SEGUIN, Texas — A man was arrested Thursday after allegedly threatening customers at a business in Seguin, police said.
Officers were dispatched at about 11:20 a.m. to the 700 block of East Kingsbury Street following reports of a disturbance. Authorities said a man, later identified as 28-year-old Alex Baltierra, entered the business and threatened to cause serious injury to random customers, prompting fear among several people inside.
Police located Baltierra outside the business, where he attempted to flee on foot. Officers quickly apprehended him without further incident.
During the investigation, officers discovered Baltierra had two active warrants for his arrest, according to police.
Baltierra was booked to the Guadalupe County Jail on three counts of making a terroristic threat, evading arrest/detention and the two active warrants.
