WATCH: SAPD releases video of suspects in downtown shooting ending in innocent bystander’s death

San Antonio authorities said a group of suspects picked a fight with teens on Oct. 18, one of them firing the fatal shots.

SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio authorities have shared a new look at suspects being sought in connection with a fatal downtown shooting last month.

The suspects had started a fight with some teenagers on Oct. 18 on the 600 block of East Commerce, along the River Walk, when one of them “pulled out a gun and started shooting at the teens,” the San Antonio Police Department (SAPD) said in a Facebook post. A camera from a business on the River Walk captured the suspects fleeing after the shooting.

Police also shared a photo of the shirt they say was worn by one of the suspects.

Officials say an innocent bystander who wasn’t part of the fracas was struck and killed. He was later identified as 27-year-old Eric Walter Noble.

Authorities previously said two people were initially apprehended on charges not related to the shooting. A firearm was also recovered by police responding to the scene.

If you have any information about the suspects, you’re urged to contact SAPD at (210) 207-2457.
