Water main break causing traffic delays along I-35 access road at Eisenhauer

Cars are having to drive through high water at the frontage road at I-35 and Eisenhauer Thursday afternoon.

SAN ANTONIO — A water main break on the east side of town is causing some slow traffic Thursday afternoon.

San Antonio Water Systems reported the 12-inch main break just after 2 p.m. The organization said two hotels may be affected by the water main break. They also said it does not appear many homes will be affected.

Traffic cameras show flooding along with access road and cars carefuly avoiding the heaviest part of the flooding. No injuries have been reported.
