SAN ANTONIO — Weather Impact Alert Days: Wednesday, Feb. 19, Thursday, Feb. 20 and Friday, Feb. 21.
Reason: Cold temperatures with wind chills as low as 15°. Chance for drizzle Friday with temperatures in the 30s.
Winter is not done with us just yet! Over the next couple days, temperatures will gradually warm up with mostly sunny skies. 60s were the highs on Monday, and 70s and 80s are expected Tuesday.
Compressional heating will get temperatures fairly warm before a STRONG cold front arrives. This frontal boundary will push through our area Tuesday night.
Wednesday will be about 30 degrees colder regarding daytime highs! Current rain chances look very low and the threat of icing also remains fairly low.
This winter storm will also be colder for the Hill Country so prepare to wrap your home’s pipes for the upcoming week!
When temperatures drop, always remember people, pets, plants and pipes!
