SAN ANTONIO — Thousands of people are gearing up to head to the Final Four activities this weekend. But some items will be prohibited, so before you get denied entry, here are some things you need to know.
If you are planning to go the Alamodome, March Madness’ Music Festival, Fan Fest and Tip-Off Tailgate these policies will be in effect:


NOT ALLOWED
Backpacks, big purses, camera bags, binoculars case, fanny packs, seat cushions and printed pattern bags will not be allowed into the event areas.

ALLOWED
Approved bags include clear plastic bags, clear fanny bags, gallon-size storage bags, clear backpacks, and small clutch purses. For more information about bag policy and size requirements, click here.
Bags larger than 5.5″ X 8.5,” will not be allowed in.


FIREARMS POLICY
No concealed or open carry firearms will be allowed inside the event areas. This applies to active Texas law enforcement members.
OTHER
Every person will be subject to a search prior to entering. Prohibited items can be discarded or returned to the guest’s vehicle.
Profanity and obscene clothing will not be allowed, per NCAA rules.
