What’s open and closed in San Antonio for April 3 city holiday

City offices will close April 3, but essential services and many facilities will remain open on adjusted schedules.

SAN ANTONIO — The City of San Antonio will observe a city holiday on Friday, April 3, with most municipal offices closed and several services operating on modified schedules.

Officials say emergency services, including police, fire and EMS, will remain fully staffed. Residents can also expect normal garbage and recycling pickup throughout the week.

While many offices will be closed, several public-facing services and attractions will remain open, including parks, select facilities and some city programs.
